WANT TO CHANGE YOUR REALITY? But You Feel Stuck and Don’t Know How.

WANT TO CHANGE YOUR REALITY? But You Feel Stuck and Don’t Know How.

Once you start to realize just how much your thoughts control your focus in life, you will realize just how much your thoughts have power.  Your thoughts will drive the actions that create your reality.

Don’t like your job?  Don’t like your living environment?  Don’t like your body?

Ask yourself this, what will you do about it.  You can choose reactive thoughts or proactive solutions.

Because when you let your feelings lead, it drives you to react to the situation with feelings such as crying, depression, anger, hurt, jealousy, resentment.  But if you take action to change the situation no matter what your feelings are, then you can begin to move toward solutions.

Think about a coin.  When you focus on one side of the coin, you can’t possibly see the other side.  If you repeated focus on the outcome you want, your thoughts will generate ideas with scenarios to direct you toward possibilities that will lead you to your desired outcome.

The key to arriving to your desired outcome is to focus what you want and not on what you don’t want.

Ask yourself: “What kind of thoughts am I thinking?”

If you're thinking negative thoughts too often, you're attracting negative experiences into your life. If you're thinking positive thoughts most of the time, you're attracting positive experiences into your life.

Of course, life has its ups and downs, so it is entirely impossible not to have negative thoughts.  But when you do have those nagging negative moments, try this approach.  Give yourself permission to observe them for a short while and then flip the coin and let them go.

Here are 3 more tips to help you get unstuck:

1. Understand that your thoughts will EVENTUALLY become reality.

Every thought you have is creating your reality. If you want your dream life, you need to be aware of the power of your thoughts and focus on positive thinking. If you're constantly thinking about your fears, you're attracting more fear into your life. Instead, focus on thinking about your dreams and what you want to achieve.

2. Be grateful for what you ALREADY have.
Gratitude is a powerful tool. When you focus on being grateful for what you already have, you're opening up the possibility of better things to come into your life. Sure, you may not like your job; but at least it gives you stability while searching for the right opportunity.  You may not like your living situation; but at least you know what not to allow in your next home.  And you may not be at your ideal weight; but find other features that you like about yourself.
3. Picture what you want, ignore any fear or limiting thoughts, and TAKE ACTION anyway.

You need to meet your goals half-way.  That means you will need to take the first steps to show that you are serious. If you want a new job, start by updating your resume and sending out applications. Start budgeting for a new home or preparing a meal plan to lose weight.

Yes, you can change any circumstance.  You have the power, and it is only up to you.  It will take time and effort, but it's possible to create the reality you want.

Remember, the change you are looking for is within you!
